Ordering and Shipping Information.
I am happy to alter or modify the items on the website to fit the individual (depending on the design of the piece). If you want a necklace, bracelet or earrings longer or shorter for example, then please contact me before ordering and we can discuss your requirements and some alterations may incur a cost. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in purchasing something pictured in the Gallery as I may be able to replicate it depending on the materials needed. Also if you would like to custom order a variation of one of my pieces either from the website shop or gallery, I am very happy to do that. Or if you just have something particular in mind, perhaps to go with a favourite outfit, or for a special occasion, please feel free to contact me.
All materials and their descriptions are stated to the best of my knowledge. Kathryn Cooper Jewellery will never knowingly misrepresent any type of material.
All items of jewellery ordered come in a free gift box. Keyrings are supplied in organza gift bags.
My aim is to make the ordering process as easy as possible. If you have any problems at all please don’t hesitate to contact me either by email or by phone. I am always happy to help. Payment must be made in full via PayPal before the item is posted. All orders are transmitted using encryption so you can be assured that we keep your sensitive details secure.
Shipping & Delivery
Free UK Delivery on all UK orders placed on www.kathryncooper.co.uk will be despatched as soon as possible by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery.
Please contact me by telephone if you require immediate dispatch and items can be sent via UK Special Delivery – £8.00 per total order.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day delivery service. Please note that a signature will be required.
You will receive email notification from me when the items are posted with the expected delivery date. If you require immediate dispatch please contact me by telephone on 07773 192948 so that I can arrange this, please note that same day dispatch might not always be possible.

Returns & Replacements
If, for whatever reason you are not happy with the jewellery you have purchased, or in the unlikely event that the jewellery you receive is damaged or faulty you must contact me within 21 days of receiving it by either email or telephone and I will then guide you through the necessary steps to return your purchase to either arrange a repair, replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
